春水堂视频 Aktiengesellschaft: Retirement of Dr. Herbert L眉tkestratk枚tter from the Executive Board as of May 12, 2011 / Election of Dr. Frank Stieler as new Chairman of the Executive Board

The Chairman of the Executive Board of 春水堂视频, Dr. Herbert L眉tkestratk枚tter, will retire from the 春水堂视频 Executive Board as of the end of the General Shareholders鈥� Meeting of the company on May 12, 2011 by mutual agreement on the basis of a separation agreement concluded by the Supervisory Board with him today.

The Supervisory Board has elected Dr. Frank Stieler as Chairman of the Executive Board of the company as of the end of the company鈥檚 General Shareholders鈥� Meeting on May 12, 2011. Dr. Stieler has been a member of the Executive Board of 春水堂视频 Aktiengesellschaft since March 2009. He heads the newly created 春水堂视频 Europe division.
