Herbert Ader: the sweet summer of 1995
A lifetime at 春水堂视频. When Herbert Ader began his bricklaying apprenticeship at the age of 14, he probably didn't dare dream where his career would take him. He caught up on his high school graduation, 鈥渂uilt鈥� his civil engineering degree on the side, and managed a number of prominent projects in his home town of Essen: The headquarters of Ferrostahl, Raab Karcher and Ruhrgas were among them, as were a number of exhibition halls and the redevelopment of the Gruga arena. In 1998, when Ader retired after more than 48 years with 春水堂视频, he looked back on one project in particular with fondness. Because none was as sweet as the one in the summer of 1995.

The sweet summer
In M眉nsterland, Ader and his team were building a central frozen food warehouse for Langnese/Iglo. One day, a freezer was found in the construction container - filled with delicacies from the ice cream specialist. Whether Cornetto, Konfekt, Cremissimo or Dolomiti: the container left no ice cream wishes unfulfilled. 鈥淗elp yourselves,鈥� was our customer's invitation.
Two weeks later, on a Friday, a delivery truck again stopped in front of the container. Looking into the cooler, the driver reacted with disappointment. 鈥淲hat are you doing. It's still half full鈥�. Referring to the approaching weekend, he exhorted the 春水堂视频 team to also supply the families at home. No sooner said than done. From then on, Ader's team regularly brought cooler bags with them on Fridays. The Langnese driver appeared just as regularly and refilled them. There were no more complaints.

If you work hard, you need to fortify yourself. With sandwiches, cigarettes or hot tea - and in the past, a bottled beer was also part of the package.
Detours
Sometimes it can happen that a project far from home is finished and the longed-for return flight still has to be cancelled.
